2. Service Estimates

All "Free Estimates" provided through this website are preliminary. A final binding quote is only established after a site visit and the signing of a formal Service Agreement. REVM Property Services Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual property conditions.

3. Snow Removal & Seasonal Services

Availability: During peak winter events, services are prioritized for existing contract holders.

Liability: While we strive for maximum safety, REVM is not responsible for slip-and-fall accidents on surfaces where ice naturally re-forms after service or where "sanding/salting" was declined by the client.

Property Access: It is the client's responsibility to ensure driveways and lots are clear of vehicles or obstructions during the scheduled service window.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, and images (including our branded truck and equipment photos) on this website are the property of REVM Property Services Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall REVM or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website.
